Advanced techniques for Chi Nei Tsang practitioners

Fact: Most people’s first experience of primary Yin and Yang in the world is in the postnatal relationship with Mother and Father.
Problem: It is very difficult to connect fully with Earth and Heaven if issues with Mother and Father interfere.
Solution: When working with spleen/pancreas/stomach earth energy have student connect with the essence of the Mother and Lung/Large Intestine Metal aspect for Father.
People spend years in therapy trying to clear parental relationships. We have such powerful tools with the Tao and CNT techniques.
You can apply the following techniques when teaching Basics (Inner Smile, 6 Healing Sounds and Fusion) to clear stuck emotions or lack of connection to this primary Yin.
It is especially powerful in the context of CNT because you have the touch aspect. You also have the energy body connection during CNT, so as a practitioner be sure to hold the awareness in your own energy body.
Within each of these techniques, the most important point is guiding the student beyond the personality of personal Father and Mother and the postnatal mind/emotional relationship we all have with them.
Technique #1
Connect to the essence
Guide student to connect beyond personality of Mother into the deep essence of mother in blood and in lineage. Connect to Grandmother, Great Grandmother, etc, contained in DNA and blood. Use words like “connect to the essence of your mother” to aide the student.
It matters not if the student actually knows their biological Mother. The intention, or Yi (Mind, Eye, Heart Power), is enough to connect with the essence within. Connect with your student, breathe together, and allow the healing words to come forth which will inspire the person to connect with the essence of the Mother. Words like “please connect beyond the personality aspect of your Mother.” You can also do this with Father, but work on the Lung/Large Intestine Metal aspect. Again, smile to essence of the Father and the lineage contained in DNA and blood.
Caution:
When applying this approach allow the student time to process. Once this approach has been deeply integrated within student, often, strong unresolved emotions will arise.
You may see deeper breath integration in belly and chest area. You can, in later on, guide the student to connect to the breath harmoniously.
Technique #2
Smiling between the essence of Father and Mother in Lungs and Belly
Guide the student to make the breath very peaceful. Then, guide them toward feeling the connection between belly and lungs essence of mother and father. Allow this breath to continue for several minutes. This works to harmonize the student’s access to Yin and Yang within themselves at a much deeper level.
