By Master Mantak Chia,
"Tao Master School License"
World famous Chi Kung and Inner Alchemy Taoist Master
(2 weeks Chi Nei Tsang I - II, August 16 - 29, 2010)

Chi Nei Tsang I Retreat (week 6)
August 16 (Monday) through August 22 (Saturday)
Taoist sages observed that humans often develop energy blockages in and around their internal organs that result in knots and tangles in the abdomen. These can constrict the flow of chi, eventually resulting in physical ailments. By using Chi Nei Tsang I's 40 techniques of navel and deep organ energy massage you learn to release and clear blockages, toxins, excessive heat and negative emotions. Participants may qualify to enter a program leading to certification through submission of practice case studies.
Chi Nei Tsang II Retreat (week 7)
August 23 (Monday) through August 29 (Saturday)
Prerequisites: Chi Nei Tsang I
Chi Nei Tsang II uses the Elbow Technique, working primarily with the trapped winds of the body. These can become sick or evil winds which can lead to heart attack if not released. The student will learn about the Ten Winds, how to chase and discharge them from the body and how to inject good Chi back into the vital organs and glands.

2010 Tao Garden Chi Nei Tsang Retreat

Chi Nei Tsang I - Abdominal Massage
May Sunday 23rd- Saturday 29th 2010 at Tao Garden
Chi Nei Tsang I is a Chinese term for an internal organ Chi massage which helps release stress and promotes healing by using techniques of massage directly over the navel and surrounding abdominal area where stress, tension and negative emotions accumulate and congest. In the West it was known as the second brain and the Taoist regard as the Tan Tien. If this area is knotted up, the whole energy of the body is blocked. When this occurs, all the vital energy functions strain slowly weakening the internal organs and decreasing energy.
Chi Nei Tsang massage quickly releases negative emotions, tensions and sicknesses, bringing comfort and relief to the abdomen and vital energy to the internal organs. Chi Nei Tsang is also effective in the treatment of digestive problems, such as irritable bowel syndrome and bloating and constipation. It eliminates toxins in the gastrointestinal tract and promotes lymphatic drainage.
Chi Nei Tsang II - Chasing the Winds
May Sunday 30st - June Saturday 5th 2009 at Tao Garden
Chi Nei Tsang II is one of the most profound therapeutic massage forms found in classical Chinese and Thai Medicine. Chi Nei Tsang practitioners assist those they work with in maintaining their health through tissue and organ massage and wind release techniques.
Negative and sick energy affect the physical body. The greater part of all disciplines of Chinese and Thai Medicine involves treatment for neutralizing the destructive power of these sick and destructive energies. If properly addressed, the destructive impact of these immaterial and invisible wind forces can be avoided and considerable harm prevented.
Another important part of the procedure is to teach students to sense and release the winds by themselves through healing exercises, meditations and self-massage techniques.

Since CNT abdominal massage is an important part of the UHTS the time has come, after 30 years of spreading CNT worldwide, to gather, talk and work together towards a more standardized teaching system in order to pass down the UHTS successfully to future generations. Our next step in this process now is to attend to the worldwide Chi Nei Tsang Community and its integration into the WUHTIF (Worldwide Universal Healing Tao Instructor Faculty). In order for you to be part of this process we announce a worldwide Chi Nei Tsang Gathering Read more
